But It Needs More On It I haven't had a lot of response for information to put on the web site on your behalf (http://www.bidefordtown.co.uk). I would like to include a short piece on all regular traders in the hall and shop units but do not want to include any information that may be incorrect so I need your input. Any copy you wish to be included can be sent to me at market@bidefordtown.co.uk or just write me a note if you are not on-line (although this may take a little longer to process). If you have a web site of your own please give me details so that I can set up a link. The site is enjoying a good level of attention and can provide free advertising for us all so please let us make the most of this resource. |
I would like to ensure that all traders are aware of the rent arrangements for January February and March. We are now on the Winter Rate for rents i.e. £19 for the first table etc. this continues for February and March. Any traders who have paid their rent on time for the previous 12 months will not be charged rent for January. If you are unsure whether you qualify please come and ask me as I have all details available. Please also note that rents are due on the first trading day of the month whether demanded or not. I am always available in the office at the beginning or end of trading hours to collect rents. Remember failure to pay on time will lead to forfeiture of the free month. If you have any difficulties with payments please contact me at the earliest opportunity. |

We have been trying to get the heating at the South end of the hall fixed but have been unable to get an engineer out as yet. Unfortunately, as a result of an enquiry to the Town Clerk, I have been directed as to the agreed use of the heating. I will now be obliged to follow the resolution that "The heating be thermostatically set at 50° between 10.00 - 11.30 am on market days so that a constant level of heat be maintained". I am hoping to see an engineer on Monday with regards the problem heaters |
